  • 50 to 200 units
Transaction size
  • $2 million to $50 million
Property type
  • Class “B” and “C” multifamily properties in class “B” and “C” neighborhoods
  • Greater than 80% occupancy
Value Add
  • Opportunities to generate more income through interior and / or exterior capital improvements
  • Opportunities to reduce expenses by creating operational efficiencies through exceptional property management expertise
Target Markets
  • Emerging markets throughout the United States: Job and population growth, demographic shifts, supply absorption rates, and positive local legislation

Thomas Y. Lee - Founder and Principal
  • Thomas has worked in the accounting and finance industry as a management consultant, advising private equity and strategic corporate clients on complex accounting issues in connection with capital markets and M&A transactions.  

  • Thomas shifted his career focus to utilize his research, analytical, and financial skills to pursue his passion and interest in real estate investing.  He loves the idea of investing in multifamily properties that can provide higher quality of living to its tenants, through capital improvements and a team of property management experts, while delivering consistent stable cash flow and capital appreciation to investors.

  • Through his previous life as an accounting and finance professional, Thomas has the knowledge and experience to identify inherent risks in investments and through collaboration with his team of experts, his focus will be on minimizing those risks through conservatism, while maximizing the return for his investors through continuous and detailed analysis and research.

  • He has obtained his Master of Business Administration in finance and economics from Columbia Business School, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York.

  • In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife Elise, and their two children, Noah and Leah.
